Support Sales and Operations teams inside the Advisory & Consulting Business Unit by providing ongoing analytical, financial, and contract administration support for Ensono’s largest clients.  The Associate will have functional expertise in data analytics, business process improvement, reporting/KPI administration, and IT Outsourcing pricing/billing models.  The Associate is expected to setup and manage monthly processes to support account level financial management.  The Associate will ensure alignment to Ensono’s internal process, compliance to key commercial terms in the customer contracts, and provide timely customer support as part of the ongoing account(s) governance process. 

  • Provides ongoing financial and analytical support for Ensono’s largest customers, supporting 2-4 assigned customer accounts.
  • Work closely with Consulting Sales Leaders/Project Managers/Operations/Finance teams in supporting the order bookings and revenue forecast process for each assigned account.
  • Track financial performance against the contracted deal plan and explain variances from plan as it relates to services billing units, modifications to scope of services, growth/contraction influencers, etc.
  • Work with Product Managers and Finance to ensure contracted services are aligned to correct billing unit SKUs, mapping contracted services to internal product codes.
  • Coordinate with Operations to ensure accurate monthly billing units are captured and reported to customers.
  • Must have familiarity with IT Outsourcing pricing models, billing process, contract administration including Fixed/Variable pricing models, Tier volume pricing models, Base Charge/ARC/RRC models, etc. 
  • Maintain knowledge of understanding and administration for key commercial terms in client contracts: Minimum Charge models, Termination Charges, Volume Discounts, T&M/Labor Rate Cards, Volume Bands/Floors/Caps/Dead-bands, Inflation Adjustments, etc.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis of customer data to support Ensono business development initiatives, contract renewals & restructuring, contract defense, etc.
  • As required, support clients with their internal reporting needs as defined in Ensono’s contract (i.e., cross-charging analytical support, reporting summaries, etc.
  • Be familiar with the ongoing performance and governance issues in customer accounts.  Proactively raise key issues or concerns as part of the governance process. 
    Work with Ensono account teams and management in resolving customer issues.
  • Establish & simplify processes and controls to help Ensono improve customer service and management effectiveness.
  • Set up clear quarterly / financial operating framework for the account(s). Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. to drive key business decisions.  Provide ongoing reports to business leadership team along with the Business Head.
  • Automate existing/new data templates and reports
  • Liaison with finance and accounting teams to understand business problem and develop a suitable BI and automation solutions.
  • Define and document processes and procedures.
  • Regularly interact and provide recommendations to management.
  • Proactively identify and implement operational and technical improvements and enhancements that drive customer productivity and improve customer experience
  • Handle multiple projects at once, be able to effectively prioritize initiatives, and effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders.


Technical Skills

  • Professional qualification in finance (MBA- FinanceICWACA) with wide experience in financial, operational, and business partnering roles.
  • 6-8 years of experience working with a leading IT Service Provider.
  • Workday ERP advance skill Sales Force knowledge is a big plus.
  • Basic knowledge of migrations of the reports to the Power BITableau using SQL/any other Data resource.
  • Developing visual reports, dashboards and KPI scorecards using Power BITableau desktop will be a big plus.
  • Strong knowledge of data modeling principles.
  • Strong Excel and SQL skills.
  • Core knowledge of Public Cloud IT services, pricing models, and cloud economics.

  • Highly organized, strong attention to details and accuracy, and ability to work independently
