Duties and Responsibilities

Basic understanding of corporate IT processing
Coding experience in a programming language
SAS coding preferred
JCL coding experiencing a plus
Solid writing and communication skills
Ability to mange multiple projects
Being able to identify your lost and not concerned about asking questions
Weekend support infrequent but possible (1 out of 10 weekends)
Support team on-call rotation

Qualifications

Required – Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree
