Job Description


  • Provides administrative support to management within unit or group.
  • Work with Executive Assistants to understand travel needs and preferences for executives, arrange travel plans & itinerary, and communicate details to respective recipients.
  • Includes scheduling of meetings, expense reporting, and creation of basic presentations and documents.  
  • Orders and maintains the inventory of office supplies.
  • Ensures standard office equipment is in working order.
  • Redirects/escalates issues as appropriate.


  • 3-5 years of professional administrative experience supporting multiple Executives
  • Experience scheduling international, multi-stop travel arrangement experience
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Experience / working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Highly organized and proven ability to multi-task.
  • Strong professional administrative knowledge.
  • Strong communication skills.


  • Minimum of High School Diploma
  • Ability to actively listen to gain understanding and clarification
  • History of building expertise in job specific practice
  • Effective time management skills
  • Experience in working in fast-paced environment
